How Muse Events Works
Step 1 – Submit Your Inquiry
Share your event details through our simple inquiry form — date, location, budget, and vision.
Step 2 – Consultation & Personal Meeting
Muse schedules a discussion with you and our event partner to understand your requirements in detail.
If required, the event manager will also meet you personally (face-to-face) to finalise scope, feasibility, and expectations before confirming the event.
Step 3 – Confirmation & Advance Payment
Once the event manager agrees to organise the event and the scope is finalised, Muse shares a transparent, detailed quote.
To secure the booking, an advance payment is made to Muse Events, after which the event is officially confirmed.
Step 4 – Planning & Execution
Muse manages coordination, timelines, and communication, while the event partner executes the event as planned.
Step 5 – Final Payment & Closure
After successful completion of the event, the final payment is made to Muse Events, followed by post-event follow-up and feedback.
