REFUND POLICY -

At Muse, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

🕒 Refund Timeframe
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

 

📦 Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be a non-returnable item (e.g. personal care, hygiene, food, or customized products).

 

Non-Refundable Items Include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g. soap, skincare)

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

 

🔁 No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

💳 Refund Process

  1. Email us at help.shopmuse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

📷 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
