Position Details

Role: Virtual Assistant — Part-Time (Remote)
Hours: 2–3 hours per day (Monday–Saturday; Fridays evenings only; Sunday off)
Monthly Salary: $45–$68 USD (roughly about ₹4,000 – ₹6,000) (based on skills & performance)
Contract: 3 months (extendable)

Ideal For: Students, freshers, beginners seeking experience in e-commerce & digital operations

 

What You Will Do (Daily/Weekly Tasks)

• Update and maintain website pages on Shopify/Wix (text, images, product variants).

• Upload/optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, images).

• Perform data-entry and maintain Google Sheets trackers.

• Assist with basic on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, keyword updates).

• Handle backlink outreach & directory submissions (training and checklist provided).

• Create simple social media graphics using Canva (posts, banners, printables).

• Support admin tasks: research, documentation, scheduling, and content uploads.

• Maintain a daily/weekly work log and attend a short weekly check-in call.

 

Expected Outputs & Standards

• 5–10 product listings per week (after training)

• 10–30 safe backlink submissions per week

• 3–5 social media posts per week (design + caption)

• Google Sheet records maintained with 98% accuracy

• Response to tasks within 24 hours on working days

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic experience with Shopify or Wix (training provided)

• Canva skills for simple graphics

• Basic Google Sheets / Docs knowledge

• Understanding of SEO concepts (help will be provided)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists

• Reliable internet + good communication skills

• Able to commit 2–3 hours/day for at least 3 months

 

Preferred (Nice to Have but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in e-commerce or product uploads

• Any Canva portfolio samples

• Familiarity with backlink submissions or content systems

 

Training & Support

• 7–10 days onboarding with step-by-step SOPs

• Weekly feedback calls during first month

• Templates, examples, and ready checklists provided
